All of our products are made to order. This means your item is created especially for you after your order is placed.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the product type, order volume, product availability, and holiday seasons.

Shipping Time

After your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:

United States: 2–8 business days after production
International: 10–30 business days after production

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Made-to-Order Products

Because each item is made especially for you, production begins after your order is submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Personalized Orders

For personalized items, please double-check all spelling, names, and custom details before placing your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed, please allow extra time for carrier updates.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information if available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been shipped.

Customs and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
